Appointments

& Price

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT? Yes we require a deposit to set a tattoo appointment. Tooth gems, piercings, or walk-in tattoos do not need a deposit. You can leave a deposit on our website, over the phone, or by coming in to see us at the shop.

WHAT IS YOUR SHOP MINIMUM? $60 or $100 depending on which artist.

SHOULD I TIP? That is a question only you can answer. Most artists work on a commission base and tipping is always welcome but never required  *unless otherwise posted for certain specials.

DO YOU RUN ANY SPECIALS?  Yes we do. The best way to stay on top of our specials is to follow all our social media pages and sign up for our newsletter.

SHOULD I WALK IN OR BOOK AN APPOINTMENT? Appointments are always preferred but we have days and times varying throughout the week for walk ins depending on artist availability. There is no guarantee we will be able to get you in that same day.

CAN I CANCEL OR MOVE MY APPOINTMENT? Of course. To not lose your deposit give us at least 48 hours notice to transfer it to a new date. 48 hours is always appreciated so we can fill that slot hopefully and get you in a new appointment slot. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but ARE transferable to your new appointment date. The artist has spent hours designing your art and that is why we take them. To protect and respect one anothers time and energy.

WHAT DOES A CONSULTATION INVOLVE? Face-to-face time with your artist to organize and design your next tattoo. Bring as many reference pics as you’d like or just an idea. We can help you come up with something. That’s our job! We also offer video consultations if you prefer that instead of coming to the studio in person.

DO YOU ACCEPT MINORS WITH PARENT OR GUARDIAN CONSENT? We do but it’s always best to check with the shop first because we do have restrictions. Parent and minor need to bring a legal government form of ID such as; Driver’s license and or permit, passports, military ID, for our littler ones birth certificate is also needed. Any questions make sure to just call and ask.

tattoo

ARE TATTOOS SAFE? Yes they are, but if you have allergies, especially to colors or dyes, please consult your physician first. You can also schedule a test spot prior to your already scheduled appointment. Test spots involve making a tiny, easily covered dot or line and letting it heal to be sure your skin reacts well.

DOES GETTING A TATTOO HURT? You bet! It’s not intolerable or else no one would get them, let alone more than one. Everyone has a different pain tolerance. Some areas hurt more than others, but there’s no hard and fast rule. So while it doesn’t feel fantastic, it’s totally worth it and we are here for you.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO GET A TATTOO? We get this all the time. The short answer is “it depends.” Pricing depends on color/black & gray/linework, the size, the placement, the amount of detail, and how long your tattoo may take. Each has their own minimum rate for small pieces like semicolons, $60-$100 depending on who is doing the tattoo. Each artist quotes their own rate by hour or prices it piece. You can come on down and have a sit down free consultation with your preferred artist and go over every detail, including your budget, and set the appointment up from there.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW TATTOO? Please see our aftercare page for complete instructions.

WILL MY TATTOO FADE? Much like everything else in life, it will age as well as you take care of it during the initial healing and for the years to come. So yes, but hopefully not for many many years.

CAN I BRING MY OWN DESIGN? Sure, but we will help make it more tattoo-able. What works on paper doesn’t always work on skin, so we will often make adjustments for the best tattoo that lasts the test of time.

CAN YOU FIX MY OLD TATTOO? Gladly! We love to rework or cover up any and all old tattoos. Consultations are definitely recommended for this type of tattooing.

IS TANNING OK WHEN YOU HAVE A TATTOO? If you want your skin to age prematurely and fade out pretty quickly, go ahead. Now if you want healthy glowing skin and bright bold tattoos for several years to come, stay out of the rays. Natural or from bulbs. Sunblock is your friend.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR MY TATTOO SESSION? Comfort is key! Make sure your clothes give us easy access to the area getting tattooed.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY SESSION? Sleep well and EAT before you get tattooed! Drink water and or Gatorade/Powerade. Bring snacks, headphones, whatever calms your soul.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HEAL? The average tattoo typically heals on the surfacec within 2 weeks but can take several for deeper healing.

piercing

CAN I BRING MY OWN JEWELRY? We can help you change out your jewelry but for the best healing results, we will only pierce with our jewelry.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW PIERCING? Please visit our piercing aftercare page for the specifics based on your new piercing.

WHAT KIND OF JEWELRY DO I GET? We use only high quality titanium jewelry so your new piercing has the best healing results possible.

DOES GETTING A PIERCING HURT? That depends on each person and where they get pierced. Some places are more sensitive than others. Eat before coming to get pierced, it helps.

HOW MUCH DOES A PIERCING COST? The regular starting rate is $40 and goes up from there. Follow us on social media for deals and special rates.

HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO GET A PIERCING HERE? 18 years old with ID. If you are underage, stipulations apply- any piercings to be performed are at the discretion of the practitioner and require parent or legal guardian consent. Currently our Piercer’s prefer no one under the the age of 7yrs old. We find it never ever goes smoothly and feel’s forced and “talking into” doing the second piercing. The first is fine always but the second is full of tears and then takes three times the appointment time to complete if we can get them to settle enough. We find 7+ is so much smoother for everyone. Call to book minor appointments.

beauty services

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MICROBLADING AND OMBRE BROWS?  Microblading is a semi-permanent procedure lasting anywhere from 6-12 months depending on skin type. Ombré brows are done with a machine and much like a tattoo can last many many years. Machine brows can also have the appearance of microblading’s individual hair strokes.

DOES IT HURT? Beauty is pain… but it’s not that bad. With the help of modern numbing agents we make it as painless as possible.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE? Each session differs person to person but the first session tends to last about an hour and a half, give or take.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED? ALL permanent cosmetic procedures are split into two appointments. 5-8 weeks apart.

WILL I GET COLD SORES IF I GET MY LIPS BLUSHED? If you are prone to cold sores, you have the virus that causes them and it is recommended to get an antiviral medication and start taking it AT LEAST 5 day’s before the service date. It will avoid that completely and get you healed up and enjoying your new juicy pout.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ____ AFTER MY APPOINTMENT?  Please refer to our aftercare page for a full breakdown of which procedure you received.

CAN I WEAR MAKEUP AFTER THE PROCEDURE? Sure, just not on the newly treated area.. at all! Do not put on makeup in the treated area for at least a week.

WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO SEE RESULTS? Immediately.

HOW LONG WILL IT LAST? Depends on which procedure you received, skin type, your skin regimen, diet, after care…

WHAT WILL IT LOOK LIKE IMMEDIATELY AFTER? Angry, red, swollen, dark, too bright, full of regret. I’m kidding, but it does look angry for a day or two and can surprise you with how different it looks. Be patient and let the healing begin.

I HAVE PREVIOUS BROW WORK THAT I AM UNHAPPY WITH, CAN IT BE FIXED? We certainly hope so and would love to see it in-person to help discuss a plan of action with you.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY NEW LASH EXTENSIONS?  No showering those new Bambi lashes for 24 hours, letting the adhesive fully set. No oil-based mascaras or waterproof makeup. No oil-based makeup removers. Brush them every morning gently. Use our eyelash growing serum on your own natural lash for growth that’s unbelievable.

HOW OFTEN DO EYELASH EXTENSIONS NEED TO BE REFILLED? About the same as the up-keep on your manicure. Lashes naturally shed and this will cause some gaps and unevenness over time so we recommend staying on top of it with a quick fill every 2 weeks. It’s best to set these up for several appointments out to make sure you have your spot. This is a quickly growing appointment list.

WILL IT DAMAGE MY NATURAL LASHES? No, as long as you clean them and stay on top of your fills they won’t cause damage or loss.

HOW DO I PREP FOR MY APPOINTMENT? No makeup please. Especially mascara and waterproof makeup. No contacts while we add the lashes. They can be put back in after we finish. Download your favorite book or music and get ready for some eyes closed, YOU time. I usually listen to an Audible book myself.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO APPLY LASH EXTENSIONS? A full new set will depend on the person doing the service and what we are working with. On average a full set takes 2+ hours and a fill takes 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the amount of time between fills. If it’s been over 3 weeks you may be charged for almost, if not, a full set if hardly any lashes are left.

CAN I APPLY MASCARA TO MY LASH EXTENSIONS? Yes but only water-based mascara and not for at least 24 hours. The best way to test if your mascara is water-based mascara is to put it on the back of your hand and run it under warm water. If it comes off easily, it’s water-based, if it sticks and smudges/smears, it’s oil-based and should not be used at all. Also no waterproof makeup.

CAN I SWIM, SHOWER, OR EXERCISE WHILE WEARING LASH EXTENSIONS? Yes you can, after 24 hours.
